Abstract

Two new Salmonella serotypes were described. Culture 3018/64; serotype 48:g(p), z51:-; was isolated from a marine iguana and was assigned the name S. marina. Culture 3210/64; serotype 6, 7:1, w:1, 2; was isolated from the feces of a Gaboon viper and the name S. gabon was given to it.
