Crossed Immunoelectrophoretic Characterization of Virus-Specified Antigens in Cells Infected with African Swine Fever (ASF) Virus

Crossed immunoelectrophoresis was applied for the characterization of five specific antigens in African swine fever (ASF) virus infected cells. Monospecific antisera were prepared against three individual antigens in the precipitation arcs.
