Abstract
Electron microscopic studies on the replicative form of Alfalfa Mosaic Virus RNA prepared by chromatography on hydroxyapatite columns indicate the presence of two particular lengths, 0.5 and 0.9 µm., a maximum length of 1.5 µm. and a degradation product of 0.2 µm.
